Choose the right disc tag.
An embedded tag must fit mechanically and remain readable after assembly. Choose the disc diameter and antenna together, then validate the tag inside the final enclosure. Roxtron offers white and transparent PVC disc formats with optional adhesive backing.

Questions before ordering
Is every chip available in the smallest disc?
No size should be assumed to accept every IC and antenna combination. Specify the diameter, reader and IC together so the construction can be confirmed. The catalog associations identify options for discussion, not a guarantee for every size.
When should an embedded tag be tested?
Test after the complete assembly process, using the final housing, nearby electronics, adhesives and intended reader. A tag that reads before assembly may perform differently inside a finished product.
