Questions before ordering

Can you replace an existing access fob?

Provide the installed reader, current IC and authorized credential specification. Similar appearance, color or frequency does not establish compatibility. For a protected system, agree personalization with the system owner or integrator.

Which chip should I choose for a key fob?

For an existing system, use its approved IC and data format. For a new system, define the intended transaction and security requirements with the integrator. The enclosure choice alone does not determine the correct chip.
